Deeznutz Posted April 30, 2014 Report Share Posted April 30, 2014 this question has probably been asked before. i have a chance to buy a 34r redtop optima used for $100. sticker date is 9/11. i also have my 220 h.o. alternator for the 4.3 Vortec. i have 25 ft of Stinger 0/1 gauge as well. is this battery any good? or do i need the yellow top?? im kicking myself for selling an old school Orion MBR 70, ELectric bat isolator!! The yellow is a better battery.
