Been slacking on this build log. Got these goodies last week.

Kids have been sick all weekend will work on this Friday and retune everything with dd-1. Can't wait to put this 80prs in will run passive to begin with then run active. Two questions. does this hu have memory if for some reason u disconnect battery so u don't lose any of the settings? Will and external hard drive be ok in a car with lots of bass vibrations or will it skip or break or should I just get a flash drive? Would do he over flash drive cause can get more storage space.

No memory on the head unit but it's the best head unit I've ever used

For real that's what everyone has said about it have always had good luck with Pioneer. Ran them in every system I've ever had except my alpine iva-d310 & pxa-h701 processor. Would of ran something similar if I had loot like that. Will eventually run active

I use it for what it is, no time alignment, no external amplifier for mids and highs and the amount of control you have is awesome! I keep my front and rear cutoffs at 200 hz so i can crank them up to keep up with the 18s without a 4ch for now. Blue tooth is nice on it too haha.

Put my pioneer deh 80prs in yesterday set max volume for 60 on dd-1 but going to redo it because dd-1 had low battery. Have to tweak eq but still trying to figure this thing out. question for People with this hu im running subs mids and highs on all separate amps if i change this from standard setting or network mode because my tweeters have passive crossovers and my mids have passsive crossovers.

Got it in and playing had to move Voltmeters down so hu could open may try flipping over mounting kit and mounting volt meters above hu. Another day though. Have to get these amps reset with dd-1 and figure out this hu more.

got every thing in and tuned with dd-1 sounds way better now just have to pull out hu and switch to network mode instead of standard and start playing with equalizer and etc.
