is it a custom built computer?

I have 2 little extra buttons connected to my mother board, and I push them in and my power supply goes on. The regular button in the middle of the case that you push on all computers doesn't work.

umm when i get a camera i will take sum, i tried the screw driver thing and nothing... also there are a few connections im not sure about, one has a LED and power (three prongs) then there is another saying power (two prongs) do i need power going through both of these for it to work? all fans are connected properly, heat sink is attached, everything looks attached like it is supposed to be. i have really no clue what is wrong with this damn thing.
