Soccerballzs Posted May 6, 2014 Report Posted May 6, 2014 You can mount a 3/4 board to floor then come from inside the box to give a cleaner look also. If you are planning on removing then heavy L brackets are cool. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/garage/vehicle/2438-jeep-commander/I Pioneer P99RSAmpere 38002-Ampere 125/44-6.5 inch Hertz HSK XL Mids4-8 inch JL Audio ZR Midwoofer 2-5.25 Satori Mids2-Morel Tweeters, 2 Hertz Milles 3 inch on A pillars2-Hertz Silk tweeters DC Audio Level 5/12 Skyhigh Wire Mechman 320 XS Power D3100MO Funniest Thread of the Year 2013: http://www.stevemead...dy-being-a-pos/
bkolfo4 Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 Bolt the box to the floor before you install the subs. If you drill through the vehicle floor, make sure you know what is on the other side!!! kalilac619 Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 If your not doing carpet on your enclosure you can do carpet on just the bottom.you can't see it and the carpet on carpet friction keeps it from moving (I also have a trailblazer) 2000 Suburban 6 runs of 2/0 12 JBL Pro audo mids ,6 timpano audio tweets and 1 Prv compression horn per door 475ah of yin long LTOs Triple 370 Amp Autotech Alts mids amps 2 Crescendo Skyway 3ks compreesion horn amp crossfire 800.4 Tweet amp Crossfire 2000.4 sub amp: 4 Crossfire XT 8ks Subs: 8 18 in Crossfires in a 4th order Best Scores at events… 163.5@38hz DBdrag sealed on the dash… 164.3 outlaw…162.9 Meca headrest
bkolfo4 Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 Not sliding is great. Holding it down in a crash is better. . .
