Class D "VS" Class AB for compnents\SQ?

Recommended Posts

One day when I make another trip down to Louisiana I'll make sure to stop by and check out what you got going on there.

If My setup is not ready, I have plenty of team members that will give you a demo.

Hell, I will take you to Linear Power headquarters (Ray's house) and let you get a demo in the Ray's Ford Excape.

Don't get me too excited, I'm already going to Chicago this summer to get away from the heat; I can't be going down there "to see my sister" too. :P

Krakin's Home Dipole Project

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

I want to hear Ray's escape, lol

Ray demos at every MECA event he attends ... I've seen oveer 100 people demo that SUV in one weekend.

I'll put my class D front stage amp against most people's class A/B amp and win.

If you're competing MECA, Hope you bring your "D" game with you.

Cause when the 49 Ford is built, I will be bringing 1,100 watts of "zero gained" Class A/B power in her Amplifier Rack.

No need for a DD-1 when you use zero gain to make power.

I did say most :)

Zed still makes some kickass amps :rockwoot:

"Clipping" is the biggest forum boner now. It's like witchcraft... it automatically explains just about everything people don't understand.
