sprkn_ranger
Update! I got some imperfections cleaned up a bit and a few more coats of primer on. I also put the box in the truck to see how it fit and to make some measurements for the actual blowthrough cutout. After getting it in I found out that the shock mount on the snug top cover hits the box so I had to cut out a notch. Here is after I sanded down and fixed a few imperfections... After a few coats of primer...had a few runs though so I'll have to put in some more sanding time Put it in here all by myself...this bitch was heavy! But it fits like a glove And here is the notch for the shock mount, I'll have to notch the actual top of the box when I put it on but should be pretty simple... CleanSierra
I'm loving the progress man, get it. Also, is that 1" MDF for bracing or is it just the angle? Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

And no it's just 3/4...the box is super solid with that brace in, I was amazed at the difference it made! interested to see how the new notch is gonna play out once the top is on. I have an idea in mind that I think will work real well and be pretty easy to execute, we will see Check out my build log! 4 Havocs in a blowthrough http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/187506-sprkn-rangers-blowthrough-build/
sprkn_ranger
The primer work is coming along, I think I'm just about ready to put a couple coats of paint on then put the top on This corner was a bitch to work. This is about as good as my skills allow for lol And I couldn't resist setting one in there, it's gonna look awesome I think! And no I didn't screw it in it's just setting in there. I am hoping to get some more done tomorrow.
