TG717 Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 Was wondering what the best size for my amp and subwoofer would be. I was thinking 4 but want opinions from people with actual experience. I will be hooking up a soundqubed hds300 15inch with their 1200 amp. Focus hatchback so wont be traveling a long distance. Stock alt and battery if that matters.. Thanks for any help. Make sure you do the big 3 also, especially that you using stock electrical cause you want as much current flow as possible. Yes that will do though the 2 channel part means its an amp kit for a 2 speaker setup. Or you could use 12guage so it fit's the terminal easily and your not just wasting useless money. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for. If you're going to order one of the nvx kits I would get the NVX XAPK1D seeing as it comes with the distribution blocks and the 4ga as well that you will need for the amp anyways. Plus it would allow you to easily add a 4 channel amp in the future. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
