I was wiring the eld bypass yesterday but took me longer than I thought. .y fingers started freezing and they were calling for freezing rain so I wrapped it up early. I realized the switches I bought were too big to fit in the removable pieces in the console; so I decided to make a plate. got to put some extra filler on the panels....just a couple spots I'll probably switch to high build primer to hide the wood grain, sand, then use a texture paint to match the console. No real pics tonight, just finished wiring up the ELD bypass and the other 2 switches for remote turn ons. Now I'm just waiting on the texture coat to come in so I can install the switch panel. Gonna be sanding and filling the doors tomorrow; hopefully I'll get them all set to wrap....Just gotta pick up a roller and heat gun. I was told I could brush it on....but that doesn't seem to be the case. Now I'm pissed off....and tired of looking at these bare fucking panels.
