Finally got my ass in the garage tonight....Did some small stuff.

hit a nice snag in building the blinkers.....They are dual SMDs cool white and amber. I wanted to use the amber for my blinkers, but it's just too dim. The cool white is at least 3X brighter and would do fine...but I can't bring myself to use it for the turn signal. Ordered a different one so I'll see how it goes.

fitted the bumper...mostly all good, the passenger side sticks out a little but not bad at all. What I was more worried about is the angles of the middle section matching each other. After fitment, the lip broke off on the passenger side so I decided to lose it. I may make another that's smaller and more subtle, but for now I'm not worried about it. It was too big and I wasn't wild about it anyway.

glassed the vents. predrilled cuz it's only gonna be attached at the bottom and side until I take it back off the car and reinforce the back.

while that was curing, I cleaned up the radiator supports. They've annoyed me for a while since it's the first thing you see when you pop the hood and they were rusted as shit.

As for the blinkers, I've got a few possibilities, but they're all in the mail. I've played with the idea of just glassing the slots closed and use my corner lenses as turn signals but that's my last resort.

alright, ruled out one more possibility for the turn signals....Last ditch effort coming up. If it doesn't work, I'm just gonna go with my original plan and make removable painted covers where the turn signals used to be (realized this weekend if I glass over the turn signal spaces, I have no way of mounting the bumper since the 12 mil bolts are behind them) and put the turn signals in the corner lights with STUPID bright SMD LEDs....

pretty much threw the turn signal idea out the window. Not happy with it so I'm making them removable panels. Still not sure how I want to secure them....Was almost thinking magnets, but we'll see.

and dicked around in the trunk while the glass was curing....some measurements were taken, frustration was had....then multiple subs were bought via said frustration. They should work out better than what I was planning though.
