That's why you don't use winISD for predicting response inside a car, a car is not an anechoic chamber. Read a little on cabin gain.

ok so i revised the plan taking into consideration the comments and sperience you all have given me and here is the new specs

box : 16 h x 33 w x 29 d

port : 14.5 h x 3 w x 40 l

tuned acording to torres @ 21.4 before sub and fiberglass innards

now has 1 to 4.8 port ratio and not 4 but 5.3 cuft net

so

can i go build this now ???

Let er rip. Hope you have one HELLLLLL of mid stage because tuning that low in a vehicle is pure stupid. Tune it where manufacturer said to, in the low to mid 30s. It's a car audio sub, you're modeling it in a program for use in the home, hence the low tune suggestion(for the low thump of explosions and helicopter blade thwop). A vehicle is not a room, you don't need to tune that low to get the response.

Too much airspace, too low of a tune. You'll get a sub that falls on its face when it comes to music you want to hear.

Yeah why dafuq are you tuning to 21Hz with that sub? Tune no lower than 28ish. Also, have you taken into account upper end response?

I don't get this "I love da lowzzzzzz" trend. It's getting worse and worse. People are going to be tuning in the teens pretty soon. Rediculous.
