knockin'hoe97 Posted June 28, 2014 Report Share Posted June 28, 2014 Well I was originally going to wait to make the build log until after I had more stuff purchased and ready to go in but woke up with nothing planned and figured what the heck haha. So I'm not 100% sure on what exactly I'm gonna do. I'm wanting to do 4 15s but the thought of 6 12s seemed kind of appealing too. Not really sure yet but when the time comes to purchase, something will be bought one way or another lol. Also since I haven't had any beat for a while I'm going to kinda do it in stages. The plan is to do 10k worth of power first and later on I'll upgrade to the end goal of 20k . Also for the first part I'm more than likely gonna have just one singer alt and than when I start upgrading to the 20k goal I'll go ahead and get the triple alt set up going on. Battery wise it's going to be some XS Power goodness. 3400 up front and no idea how many xp3000's I'll stick in the back lol. The first few spools of SHCA OFC 1/0 wire will more than likely be purchased in about 2 weeks along with the first of 3 singer alts. This build is going to be a kind of slow build but hopefully when I do post it'll be interesting enough to hold your attention lol. knockin'hoe97 Posted July 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 20, 2014 I thought I would have the whole day to work on the truck but ended up not getting as much time as I would have liked so I didn't get everything done. Got all the speaker wire ran and the RCA's ran. Also put the little speaker pods on that I had purchased and I'm kind of dissappointed. I mean I guess they serve their purpose but I was expecting more. Guess later on I'm just going to have to learn how to fiberglass me up some . On the back pods the stock speaker holes don't quite line up so I'll be trimming that up tomorrow hopefully And preparing a few pieces for tomorrow And ya gotta keep your energy while working....even if its only for a little bit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
