gckless
Test the RCAs going into your amp. "Clipping" is the biggest forum boner now. It's like witchcraft... it automatically explains just about everything people don't understand. adreano17
I just ordered a new headunit and gonna try it out. The preout for the factory radio are to be at 1v at 40/40 volume (does not clip btw). I'm getting .03 vac in two channels at 40/40. By the time it gets to 30/40, no voltage registers at all at the preamp. If it does it's below .1 Pioneer AVH-p5700DVD | MB Quart Onyx ONX4.125 | 6.5 Alpine Type-S component & 6x9 3-way | Hifonics Brutus brz1700.1d | 2 - 12" Kicker L7 | Custom box tuned to 36 hz | 220A Mechman Alternator | 1/0 OFC Welding all the way back | Big 3 | 2 Farad Tsunami Cap | Deka 9a34 | 20% Tint | 6000K HIDs | Yellow Projector Fogs | Dual Out Magnaflow
adreano17
RCA are about 1.7 going to the aftermarket amp. But only at 40/40. The two channels that I stated in my last post will not produce any voltage when at 30/40 Pioneer AVH-p5700DVD | MB Quart Onyx ONX4.125 | 6.5 Alpine Type-S component & 6x9 3-way | Hifonics Brutus brz1700.1d | 2 - 12" Kicker L7 | Custom box tuned to 36 hz | 220A Mechman Alternator | 1/0 OFC Welding all the way back | Big 3 | 2 Farad Tsunami Cap | Deka 9a34 | 20% Tint | 6000K HIDs | Yellow Projector Fogs | Dual Out Magnaflow
