I am at a wall here. I guess I am going back to the guessing game again for another few hours. Feds can most likely crack just about any algo out there for now. It IS secure. May be the same thing as Cryptolocker. I made a PoC that is similar. Encrypts the AES key using blowfish. Individual key per file.
