Their hard drive on their server died today and they don't know their password to get their data back. We have the login information to log in to the site, but it requires a passcode for the encryption. We have been trying to brute force attack it all day long and to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? Password crackers? Anything? The access is straight from their website and it will allow us to try as many times as we can. Customer service said that it is up to the client to write down and keep their password because they cannot do anything to recover or reset any of the data on their end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There should be a few questions and answers to get you in your data legally. Is the data on their network or yours. The data isn't on on network or theirs. The backup is done through ibackup.com.
