Anybody have experience with these brakes?

Recommended Posts

The Camry needs some new brakes, my current ones are 4 years old and warped to hell. I do plan on having quite a bit of weight in the trunk from the system I have planned for it and I plan on changing my wheel setup to some 19x10.5s all around next year so they will weigh a bit more compared to the ones I have now. I just want to play it safe and have something that will be an upgrade from stock which is why I'm looking at drilled and slotted rotors

I was looking at these because of the price and wondering if anybody on here has had experience with them? If not what would you recommend? I'm open to anything right now

I also have vibration at 55+ MPH, what could that be? It isn't continuous, it starts and stops. Tires were balanced in February and I've put over 15K miles since then. Could they need to be balanced again? Alignment was done in February as well. Could it be steering linkage? Axle going out? Just going through all my options here lol

Thanks for the input

Stoptech is solid. But.. Go blank or just slotted.

Oh, missed the 2nd question.. Does the vibrating STOP at a higher speed? Like 65 for example?

Edit: If it was ur axle, you'd know

Thanks for the input, might do just slotted then :good:

The vibrations continue at higher speeds, doesn't stop until I go below 50

And idk that's what my buddy told me when he drove it. Had a feeling it wasn't an axle yet, that's why I came here looking for more input :unknw:

Vibration could be a axle/CV shaft as well.

Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born.

My penis is bigger than your penis

I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.

I think that's what my buddy meant to tell me. He's gone though 4 sets in his car (one on the right in my sig) in the past few years and he said that's what it felt like. Should I just order up a set of those and replace them when I do the brakes?
