So i finally got all the duct work to run ac to the very back where the amps are to keep them cooler because it gets pretty damn hot back there. One thing that sucks about trailblazers is that they have no rear AC like Tahoes and Suburbans so i have to run the duct work all the way to the duct inside my console.

Fully sealed it off so no air escapes out of the duct where they connect. It looks like crap but does the job

Runs from the console to under the wall then comes out by the back passenger door

For now it is just blowing in the back area. When i seal that of the air will stay back in the back but this helps now

I finally did some more testing after the 2 center braces and all the 2x4s on the outside and i finally broke my 150 at 28hz at the Headrest. That might not sound like alot but im happy. I still need to seal off at the bpillar then the scores should go up a little.

Did you try 26 or 27 Hz? Because you're a good amount above a 150 at 28 Hz

If remember Phillip saying all he wanted to do with this build is break 150

He's doing that in the 20's so I'm guessing he's happy with it

Yeah i tried 27hz justin and did a 149.6. Once i put the other bracing in and seal off i will try it again im sure i can get that to a 150 also

lol yep all i wanted was a 150 and im doing that at a way lower freq than i thought i would

So until i fully seal the sides off i have been doing some random testing here and there.

After some MECA style testing i was able to increase my 27hz score and 26hz score. My roll off starts at 26hz once i get the rest of my power that score should increase a little bit

Thanks. I still have more internal braces to do but i cant convince myself to crawl in there and put them in lol

Yep they do well no complaints at all. Im gonna be upgrading my Ohio Gen 220amp alt in the stock location to a Singer 350 Amp 6 phase alt.

The 4 Crossfire 6.5s do pretty good im gonna be doing my doors soon that should help
