DD make strong amps and although there IS a possibility of causing damage, as with any amp, I would think it would be fine. Just keep an eye on your voltages and temps..... Every enclosure is different and every frequency's impedance is different. Unless you know what you are doing and have the tools to correctly measure what you are doing, then you shouldn't attempt without looking forward to a horrible end.
