update pictures :rolleyes:

found out my box rise is all over the place with the im-sg its cool i was able to to put it on a graph and see how it would act

got some rope calk to seal the speakers... still think i have a leak some wear... but im gonna give up on that for now

Also found 3 broken screws that hold down the speaker! :shok: then i really knew my baffle was flexing like crazzy and i need to adress that

i made these simple braces they probably dont help out alot, but in my mind the do, they are glued and screwed underneath the baffle

i dint do the thread rod all the way like its supposed to go because i need something that was removable if need, plus im not to sure how long this set will last. anyways. i first i tighten the thread rod to squeeze the box, but that dint help at all still flexed like crazy must add the glue was still fresh, then i tryed Matts advice to not squeeze the box and just tighten the nuts not by not putting pressure but still holding the baffle in place, sure enoght that killed the flex :):yahoo:

So sealing the woofers and lack of baffle flex gained some numbers huh?

yes sir. that and a new port! :drinks:. also charged my batterys. got louders on the on every frecuency from 20-55 hz
