I was wondering what you were going to do with the front wall. Very creative and effective.

I guess the plexi is going in the back wall? How thick of a flange are you making to mount it?

plexi is going on the rear wall, was thinking a 1.5" flange to mount too with a 1" flush baffle as well making it 2.5" thick, should be plenty.
