Things you hate when giving/getting a demo?

That is irritating, if you want to see how your you tube reloaded shit sounds on a real system buy your own.

Test tones demo? Really? I heard that noise when you were getting metered! I asked for a demo not a one note wonder. We're bass heads not hit and quit it's.

There should be done standard rules to demos

1. At least 1 min demo up to a full song

2. Don't play songs with no kids or highs unless that's what they ask for

3. Be cool don't brag

4. Leave the test tones for the meter

For getting a demo

1. It's not yours don't fucking touch it!

2. It's not yours you don't get to use the music you brought

3. Shut up get a demo then talk

4. Don't even think about lighting a cig in someone else's car

I'm sure others can add to that

My older brother actually tried this, I smoked the cigarette out of his hand right before he lit it. He got pissed and tried to light another because he wanted to see the smoke move. I threw his pack out the window into a puddle. It's not your stuff you don't make the rules!

This is a new one for me.

So some of you may know The L@zy Hoe. I consider it to be noticeably louder than the average 2 15s in the trunk everyone's buddy's cousin's friend's uncle always has, so when I give someone who is not a basshead a demo, they usually say that's the loudest they ever heard, or something along those lines. NOT because I am the loudest, but because they don't go to Comps and this is the loudest they've heard so far.

Anyway, at the last show, some dude got a demo and the following conversation ensued:

"Man! That's fucking loud"

"Thanks man"

"It's just as loud as my homeboy's car."

(At this moment, I'm thinking he must know some Team SPA members or Flavius, or some other loud dude)

"Oh yeah, What's he running?"

"2 15s"

(I'm intrigued...)

"Nice. What brand?"

"Kicker!"

(Alright....Ok....Uhhhh...)

""What car? It sounds just as loud as mine?"

{Insecurity sets in}

"Yeah, it's an old school Caddy, but he don't do no tricks or whatever..."

"Hairtricks?"

"Yeah, hairtricks"

"What amp is he running?"

"Nitro"

(DAFUQ)

"Just as loud huh?"

"Yeah"

"Wow, I'm gonna wanna hear that."

He went to "Find his boy" but never came back.

Funny thing is he seemed sincere about it being as loud as mine, so I really wanted to hear it. I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying, the day that 2 15in Kicker's on a Nitro amp and stock electrical out of the trunk in what I assume is a prefab box are louder than my truck is the day whatever is left of my hopes and dreams dies a swift yet painful death.
