Check your voice coils with a multi meter if they check out OK swap the amp for something else and see if that solves the problem. Fuses can actually be bad without appearing to be bad. I'd suggest buying a dd-1 or borrowing one from someone to set your gains Don't use your ears to do that anymore. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
