(2) Rockford T10001bd's -- Help With Bass Knob

Recommended Posts

I am thinking to do (2) t10001's for my next setup instead of (2) MTX 1501d's

I'm Planning (2) FI BL 15's fully loaded....

I am wanting to run each 15 off it's own amp...

I was wondering how I would run both amps off 1 bass knob like Meade's setup??

I saw something on Rockford's site saying something about a bd sync cable, is for strapping them??or is that what I will need or something different????

thanks in advance fellas.

I think what you have to do is, on the amps I think there is a master and a slave switch. Set one switch to master and the other amp to slave. Plug the bass knob into the master amp and it will control both amps.

Oh really? that sounds easy enough.. so i really wont have to worry about the bd sync cable i saw on their site at all?

Yeah you still need the sync cable to control both amps. It shows how to run them in the owners manual- go to rockfords webpage and download it.

NO you dont need a sync cable, that is only if your going to strap them.

just use the RCA pass thru's and do the master/slave switch like mentioned and that is it. Same for the gains. Just adjust the master gains and that is it....
