quote: "Double fans and thermal management technology within the device cool it down and prevent overheating. " (kenwood)

yes, by shutting down the amp at high output, the kenwood 9105 stays cool all day!

exactly, man we need to get this changed. Maybe a cleanest sounding amp thread that can take the #1 spot. That way a lot of people are not misguided.

Most of us know better

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

I used to own that amp and it had more power (or so the description says on the site) then the kicker cx600.1 I had before this amp and sold the kicker to get the kenwood to match my kenwoods kfcw3000p or w.e the model was subs and the kenwood didnt even push the subs like the kicker did so sad when I realized I mad a bad call :/ guess thats wat I get for buying products before researching

I used to own one of those Alpine's until it got stolen from my friend's truck. Now I'm actually using a Boss amp and to be honest....it's a good value for the money. I'm using the Boss Phantom "5000 Watt"(RIIGGHHHTTT) amp and it works well.
