Kennyy Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 hey guys, a friend of mine has no am/fm radio reception in his e46 bmw. Its a common problem in these cars. His oem radio had no reception at all and his aftermarket radio doesn't either. We tried all the DIY's to fix poor antenna reception and nothing has worked. Is there anyway to install a complete new reception device (antenna) to his car, like something that goes inside or outside of the car that connects to the rear antenna input of the new headunit? I've never seen any because I've never ran into a problem like this. Any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks! p.s if there are any universal antennas that you guys recommend please comment them!
