And I got some fill on them today and sanded off. Ready for a coating of finishing putty and more sanding, then more putty, then more sanding...lol. Never realized how much time each one would take to finish.

looks good man, now the painful process of filler, sand... repeat. I like using Kitty hair for structural on the first filler application or two. The regular filling for finishing. But thats me. Keep up the good work. Painting my Panel now, hopefully get clear on today too.

Thanks. Was thinking on using the fibreglass fill, but it seemed pretty solid after just the resin. Plus im gonna pour resin on the inside after I cut my speaker holes out again and kinda keep turning it around until resin covers the whole inside, then when that hardens, I'm going to spray bedliner inside as well. Should be pretty solid after that.

Putting in work. Remember for next time that if you pull that material extra tight and eliminate those wrinkles it'll cut your filler and finish time by a whole bunch.

Got a start on the other side today. Some pics. This one was smoother going than the first one. Learned from the first one...lol.

I poured my excess resin inside the other pod and tilted it around until resin covered everything(sides and bottom and seams). Shes pretty solid now and air tight.

And a couple shots to compare them. Pretty much the same angles. A little different, but wont be noticed when installed in the car.
