Something middle of the road. If that makes sense. I just want to do a decent build. I need a set of 6.5s for front doors and back doors not sure what size tweeters are tho.

Do you carry passengers in the rear often? Do you care a whole lot about how the mids and highs sound back there?

If no to the above, a popular, and good set of options is to either go 1 or 2 sets of separates up front and nothing, or coaxials in the rear,

Right on sound like you have a start to a good plan. SQ is good budget friendly gear, Thanks for the info now we are getting somewhere. Have you looked into a SQ 2 or 4 ch amp? Thought about rear coax off HU power and just amping front speakers?

A good XS battery up front with big 3 upgrade. Or any solid AGM battery you can afford, many brands out there at good cost.

I love my RF T2. IMO, a really good mix between sound quality and loud output. I listen to alot of rap and these sound really good.

Nuthugger! Your biased in your opinion... its even in your name! lol I do agree though. lol

With any set of mids/highs your install can make them sound good or horrible regardless of what you pay for them.

This point is most important, research good install practices to make your speakers shine!

Ive been known to hug a RF nut or 3 lol. And yeah probably a little bias but honest none the less.

There is a thread in the SQ section for system around 2k that might be an interesting read for you to come up with good ideas.

I know it doesn't really help seeing as how I haven't installed mine yet, but someone I know swears by the p.65c3's by Ppi. Says they sound amazing for their price.

My 3 way set was 234$

They come in a 3 and 2 way set I'm pretty sure.

Just throwing out an option

I dont not carry anyone in the back besides my 8 month old baby. Of course i wont have anything on when shes in the car.

But i was looking to also get an amp for the door speakers as well. 2 or 4 channel dont care which ever would work better.

And iv looked into the xs power battery but not sure which one to get and which one will fit my car. And i planned on doing the big 3 but i kinda of know how to do it but then again i dont do anything unless i know i can do it right for sure

I would agree with this. I heard about them a few weeks ago and did some research. They look like solid 3-way comps that are pretty budget friendly also. I have saved in my wish list.

If I was in your situation, I would spend all of your speaker budget on a set or 2 of separates for the front, and nothing in the rear. Run them off of a 2 channel (or 4 if you want to either go active or expand later), and don't skimp on sound deadener or the install.

This is worth watching at least twice.
