Hello smd forum :),

Thinking about buying an quite good second system for my new ride. But I just have some questions before I purchase it.

The setup I'm planning is as following:

2x NF6 6,5"

2x PWX 6,5"

C1100.4 4channel (Mids)

S550.2 2channel (TWEETERS)

About the tweeters i want to run 2 PP-X Rockford crossovers running two tweeters each crossover, total 4 tweeters.

Dont worry, bass is coming later..

I have a pioneer HU with 3 rcas outputs

But my question is will this work in reality or just theory? take a look:

If you're asking about hooking up your RCA's like that, yes it will work.

Thanks for the reply :)

But lets say i switch the two channel to a 4 channel like this..

How do i wire the rcas then?

rca splitters..... keep in mind you would want to use both the front and rear rca preouts from the deck aswell as the sub out preouts. that way you'll still be able to fade front to rear and left to right.

Im not exactly sure what you are doing here but you might run into some issues with your crossovers, depending on how exactly you are using them and what kind they are.

You're going active right? Go with one 4 channel amp run tweeters off front mids off rear

Wait nvm just remembered you said something about RF crossovers. I would still try to keep it to one 4 channel for mids and highs.

Think i know what I'm gonna do.. Run mids and highs on the same amp. So ill get 4 8ohm tweeters, then wire them in pararell to make them 4ohm to two of the channels then run 2 4ohm 6,5s on the other 2 channels.

If it's not loud enough ill buy another 4 channel amp and run 4 more tweeters and 2 more 6,5s.
