I just bought a Sony xva622 from a local shop that I have been going to for years, the deck was a trade in, customer upgraded and the owner has had this unit collecting dust in his stockroom since it's removal. I went in looking for something for my yukon because I'm sick of looking at the factory radio and it's missing knobs, anyway the tech that pulled the sony out no longer works for the shop and they don't have the security code for it. I've been doing some research and have read that sony has a master reset code to unlock there head units but haven't been able to come across the code, was wondering if anyone has this code or knows where I can find it on the net? islandpride684 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Try 0000 or 5415 using the remote if you have it, if not your best bet is to call Sony and give them the serial # so they can verify it if its stolen or not, then they will give you the master unlock code...here is their number Customer Experience Center at (239) 768-7547... Yeah, idont have the remote so i would have to do it from the screen.
