battery terminals for 04 chevy silverado

A GM side post battery will not have the SAE posts(like those terminals that are shown). You're going to need to do some adapters to allow some posts on the top of the battery like the I bar kit that XS sells. Unless you have an aftermarket battery that has both the Metric hardware and the SAE posts, you can't run those SAE distribution blocks on a GM side post.

You should probably upgrade your under hood batt to an AGM anyway and it would be the perfect time to get some side post adapters.

which is why i informed him they have bolt down terminals as well. the pic was an example of what could be had for a bit of cash

Until my friend can save up some cash, we are gonna have to get by with a big 3 and stock batt and alt up front. gonna be running an re ctx 4200.1 which is 1000 watts at 2 ohm to the dc lvl 4. I'm not too worried about low voltage, although i've heard those amps are power hungry, but for right now big 3 and stock electrical is the most we can do... should be okay yea?
