Right now I'm looking at 2 dc audio level 2s anyone have any other recommendations I should look at ? Also what amp would you recommend I've looked at nvx jad1200.1 and fosgate prime 1200-1

brent379 Posted December 17, 2014 Report Posted December 17, 2014 i dont have experience with the sa 10's personally. i have had 4 sd 10's...and the main benefit of going with the sd's in your situation is the fact that the sd's have a little bit of a shallower mounting depth with no pole vent out the back of the motor so you could put the back of the magnet against the back of the box and not have cooling issues. also, they have a little less displacement inside the box. with how many cubic feet you have, the less displacement inside the better. plus they will take the power no problem. the dc's and sa's both vent out the back of the motor so your going to need a good 3-4 inches behind them to cool properly, also, they will have a tad bit more displacement inside the box. anyway you go, these are all good woofers and like small boxes. cant go wrong with any of them.
