Bump4life Posted January 28, 2015 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2015 First upgrade, I hate the stock headlights. looks old. new projectors, they arent my favorite, but they are black and update the front. and much better than stock. aiming the headlights brights I also did white LED interior mod. so nice and white and bright at night. did LED on liscense plate trunk, glovebox and interior lights. I did 20% all around. i didnt do 5% cause I feel it wouldnt be as classy on a benz and mainly because I cant see at night. also 5% all around has a tendency to attract cops more. In michigan, anything on rear is legal but front windows has to be untinted or jsut top 4 inches. I wouldnt do that. From my friends experiences, 5% always gets pulled. 20% is usually safe. 20 still looks pretty dark on my car in most lights. didnt do the windshield next up, time to take care of that ugly gray molding. i color matched to black. and left chrome. bad paint. sent back the main reason I did this so soon and in colder weather was because my ex roommate scraped the side of my car when he pulled in to park. so a little bondo and paint fixed her up in addition to a bumper re alignment.
