That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Well if he's laughing at the 3XL subs, I highly doubt he has ran them. 144.9 out of one 15 isn't too bad, esp. on 1500RMS, 1 cube too little airspace and not enough port area. That being said a lot of the guys around here have tons of knowledge and know when money is better spent someplace else they all just have different ways of expressing their opinions. Figure out how much power you need, compile a list of amps in that range, then hit the classifieds and be patient for a deal to pop up. And yes, I am laughing at PB subs.
