1 Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.3 Processor (with bluetooth)
1 Rockford Fosgate T500.1br (powering the subs)
1 Rockford Fosgate T400.4ad (powering mids/tweets)
1 Set Rockford Fosgate T3 Separates (future, subject to change).
this is the correct models .... and yes very small

  • 3 months later...

along with your first post about the 6x100w amp. i actually use one of those amps, i use the 4x100w right now in my house, they are amazing amps but because of the way they are made, there is no tuning, it amplifies the entire signal that it is given. and car audio naturally has alot of noise in RCA cables do to interference of phones and noise from the car electronics itself causing the amp to sound like shit when you use it in a car. I've tried.

IF you looking for SQ amps and you have a LARGE budget, go look at alpine PDX amps.... INSANLY small for the power they make, they are all the same size so you can stack them (hardware included if you choose to do so) and the 2 best parts, they do rated power at both 2 and 4ohms on all amps. and the amp is controlled by a computer that is build in.

the alpine PDX-M12 is a 1200w rms amp that WILL DO rated power at both 2 and 4 ohms and is only 10.5"W x 7"D x 2"T... i have yet to find a smaller amp for that power

im getting the PDX-V9 5ch on monday when i get paid. 100rms x 4ch and 500rms x 1ch. again 2 or 4 ohms

example:

Amp A vs alpine PDX

amp A over heats and shuts of to protect itself from dying. once that amp shuts off you have NO music until you reset the amp or it turns itself back on after it cools off which could take awhile.

alpine pdx over heats so the computer will automatically reduce the output power of the amp until temp goes below threshold level then will turn back up so that you have music the entire time, youll never even know that the amp got hot. and it will do the same with voltage, if your cars voltage drops too much, instead of shutting off it will reduce power until voltage gets to normal then will power up again
