GeorgeK Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 im going to make a new box 15hx36wx26d,1 in mdf, 2 HDC4 12 on AQ3500, now im tryn to figure out the aero port. say same dimensions 5 cubes, i know 1 6" 9" long is 32 hz, 28.26 port area. but now 2 6" 30" long ( does that mean both are 30" long or 15?) 32 hz 56.52 port area i know these subs like the big port area, but is the 1 6" good enough cuz of the efficiency of it being aero port or the 2 6" better? anyone know? im useing a slot port driver side but port area is off (4" wide 13 high) and not sounding like i want. i will end up buying another AQ3500 and more batts. btw this is my first big build always had sealed boxs and under 1000watts now ive stepped up a bit. any help would be greatly appreciated. 2 Team Fi 12's2 SQ 3500's (Strapped @ 2ohm)Singer 320amp 6 phase alternator1 xs d4800 (hood)2 xs d3 100 (trunk) 1 Northstar 400 (trunk)KN Cai Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

YOU DO NOT GET A TROPHY JUST BECAUSE YOU SHOW UP.
