Ahmed Johnson
I would rather rebuild my alternator than run that power max.

Csprak1990
Henceforth budget build. Family man who loves car audio is a difficult life lol im sure others understand. Btw ive had the brz2100.1d for 2 years no prob. So aslong as my install is clean my cheap amp will be fine. Its obvious the main concern is the alternator. Since mechman is all I can find worth the price and quality then thats most likely the route. And the contradiction is more like a misunderstanding i want 2k clean power but have dirty power due to improper electrical.
Broke_Audio_Addict
Try emailing singer alternators. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Guest
You really don't need a h/o alt with that cheap hifonics you want
Csprak1990
i know i dont necessarily need it, but im not cuttin corners as far as delivering power is concerned therefore i do need ho alt. i double checked sonicelectronix and they only had alts for the 3.0 accord model and so i checked out dc power, its actually 10 bucks cheaper and comes in a cool blue casing. Although i admit i was tempted to go cheap. but the only one i can afford is the 180 amp dc alt and its idle amperage says about 130. but doesnt say what rpm idle id guess 800-1000rpm does anybody own or used a dc power alt? Aj11
didn't read threw all the posts, but i wouldn't run 4 10s! waste of money and space. need at least 6cubes to make the box worth a damn. good luck fitting that in your trunk. also you do not need a alt for 2000w! spend a extra $25 on the amp and get the hifonic brutus 2400w. again no need for a alt with a good battery. i would look into getting 2 good 12s or 2 better 10s. that's me tho. deck?front stage?4 channel? jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
Broke_Audio_Addict
So is that good battery going to charge itself?
