I had a box tuned to 57hz and it did 145dB with 1 12" sub. And moved lots of air. So tune to 57hz, because I say so. Not saying the advice given is at all bad, just saying you always just accept what you're told when clearly you have no idea about it. If enough people told you to tune to 163hz, because the 6 means you get 6 more dB, I bet you would Besides... is any of this ever going to happen? Quote 10.x volts fo' life! I've seen the box design he gave to loganberry and those 15's kill on what little wattage they have. Plus, the trophies pretty much speak for themselves.
