Will determine final tuning inside vehicle. Inside of enclosure is typical cabinet grade 11 ply pine with 2 coats of polyester resin, 6+ coats of automotive clearcoat. 1500-3000g da sanded and buffed smooth while disassembled. Subs will be inverted on a 4.5" baffle with sandblasted seamed pine 2x12s resined and clearcoated to match. Thanks again David for having us do our best work for you. I'm like you, I love opening my facebook and seeing what he has done, I pretty much gave him free reign to do what he wanted . I am amazed sometimes that everything is coming together for this build like it is but I've got a lot of work to do when I get the Yukon back home.
