I've been in the game along time and have built many vehicles. I've had a couple of vans with 4th order builds. When I saw the pictures of your sealed box, I thought to myself that it looked too small especially for 18s. What we use to do is build a sliding rear wall. This would allow us to "play" with the enclosure volume until we found the sweet spot. In any event, I am happy for you. That number is a great score, congratulations.

Thank you man, it's been a long road but glad I was finally able to get decent numbers (and it's musical). DavidClark Posted May 9, 2016 Author Report Posted May 9, 2016 Pulled the seal off panels this past Saturday so I can get rid of the air leaks from front to rear. I applied silicone in between all the panels and the enclosure and ran a bead on all the edges. I also used a crap load of spray foam.
