ZAPCO209
If u want louder you pretty much have to get an amp getting better speakers wont make much difference on headunit power. THE DRIVING FORCE
Skullz
My go to speaker of choice to recommend to people. Best bang for buck set you'll get at that price point. Get 2 sets and use some mdf adaptors for the 6x9 holes. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-JBL-P660C-6-5-Component-Speakers-System-6-1-2-Inch-540-Watts-Car-Audio-Pair-/361270240134?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item541d626386 http://www.ebay.com/itm/MDF-Speaker-rings-6-x-9-to-6-5-adaptor-/160629515280?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item256643e410 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
Skullz
if you don't have an amp then you'll want to get one to power them with as they're 2 ohm, and many H/U;s aren't meant to play below 4 ohm. Nice little amp to power them with. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_38338_Precision-Power-PPI-P900.4.html You'll also need speaker wire to wire them up with and RCA Patch cords to get from the H/U to the amp, so you'll want 50ft of wire and a 20ft cord from the H/U to the amp. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

SIDE SHOW
if you want it louder, you'll need to amplify the speakers, look into getting a 4 channel amp that'll fit under the seat or something.
