Bass4Lyfe Posted April 8, 2008 Report Share Posted April 8, 2008 (edited) Installed this past weekend: (4) Alpine SPS-17C2 speakers (Stock locations: Rear deck and Front Doors) (1) Alpine IVA-D106 (1) Peripheral (SP?) Video Bypass device Seems like nothing but I'm 16 and first install EVER So i spent around 10 hours on it .... couldn't get the damned rear deck out for awhile, doors were easier Pictures hopefully soon, I don't have a digital camera ... but its CLEAN IMO .. can't see ANY of speaker work done and the headunit looks real good this weekend i'm going start on the low-end (bass) and hopefully finish it off soon! I REALLY love the system so far - I say system you'll understand in a sec here - it's so awesome. Yes it does go louder and it's very clear at higher volumes - I think this is because I have it pushed off the head unit (the speakers I mean) @ I think 18 or 22 w RMS ... the speakers want 50 I think I will get a M and H amp later but for now it sounds good enough for me! UPDATE today i purchased the low end of my system!
