What about the rockford fosgate t1500-1bdcp amp I know rockford amps are underrated would that be just as loud as what I have now if not louder ? I can pick one up for about 400 bucks .

I can't fine the alpine mrx-m240 anywhere online all the websites say its discontinued found a guy on a car audio forum selling one for 300 which isn't bad there is an alpine mrp-m2000 on eBay the bid is at 200 right now other than that don't see any other ones

i'm pretty sure it'd be cheaper to find an amp that does 2k or more at .5Ω. all of Kicker's amps are 2Ω stable, RF has some 1Ω and some 2Ω. i'm pretty sure you can run the SQ2200 at .5Ω. that would probably be your best bet.

Are the hifonics Brutus series any good ? Do they do rated power ?

My worry about running an amp at .5 ohm is you have to have really really good electrical which I need good electrical to run a 2400 watt amp anyways but it scares me to run an amp at.5 ohms when it's only stable at 1 .
