99 has a composite cone. You can get the CF dustcaps on almost any DD sub.

3500s, and 9500s can also have the composite cone or carbonfiber cone too.

9900s, just aint made anymore, but you are able to add all the options to a 9500 making it pratically a 9900.

The composite cones are around $250 extra, but are worth it, and if you seen the time and all the work that went into the cone just alone it would make you upgrade to a composite cone. <_<
