cOmpressor
Starting my new build and looking for the best way to stuff this bad boy in here. Fully loaded SP4-15 powered by a SAZ 3500. I know my best option to save space is glass but I'm not experienced with the stuff. I guess I could try and get someone to glass it but maybe I can make a complex mdf design to maximize the cuft. It's going in the corner of my trunk facing into the center only because that seems like the design to give me the most left over space.Minimum size I can get away with is 2.21cuft sealed and that's including displacement. Rough measurements as follows:Sealed design and displacement is 0.21cuft. Need minimum of 2cuft after displacement according to minimum specs and up to 3.5cuft.18" deep but could extend to max of 22" if I need24" wide front bottom20" wide top or entire front instead of having an odd front14" rear bottom15" rear top 18" heightJust looking for ideas/input thanks. http://i.imgur.com/t1VARPd.jpg http://i.imgur.com/WsCnDzT.jpg

Joe X
3500W amp + electrical + SP4 15 to do sealed? You are going to be missing on a ton of output spending a lot of money.
cOmpressor
Well I bought the sub and amp long before the Evo X so it was designed for something with more room. Now that I have this car I'm not going to compromise and just sell the system. Still want to run the SP4-15 just can't do a huge box and slot port like I wanted. 2.5cuft is about the area of trunk I have to spare and not much more. I still need to be able to fit a baby stroller in there somehow lol.
gdaigle
I agree with joe x. You are really going to be disappointed with the end result. You would probably have better results selling your 15 and running a 12 in a ported box IMO. I don't think sp4s come in a 12 so u would probably need to go with something else. Joe X
I guess you picked the wrong vehicle, whatever you end up building better be strong or that sub is going to tear it apart.
