ILuvJDM
Are those drive by wire or typical cable type TB? Was the vehicle actually tuned for the bigger injectors or just some type of out of the box programmer installed? edit: does your car have an EGR system or did you remove it? second edit: You have the right idea, anytime you have idle issues check for vacuum leaks, EGR, IAC, MAF, o2 sensors, TB seals, etc.. Typically an idle issue is caused my extra air not coming through the MAF. I had a similar issue I had to trouble shoot with my Evo IX after my build, it would drop idle really low coming up to a stop light when I depressed the clutch, let the idle drop on my large injectors, and then of course using the brakes. If you have any kind of data logging device you can check the values of certain sensors. Look up on some forums what normal values should be and compare to what you have. I don't know what trademark name is out there for your vehicle, but equivalent of EvoScan or EFILive John

ILuvJDM
Not really sure he said he had it tuned the injectors were added To it before I bought it it's been running fine just started this yesterday check the EGR valve, and I recommend removing it in any performance vehicle anyways, so look into whatever options the mustangs have for that. Sometimes it just a blocker plate slipped between the EGR valve and intake manifold, and sometimes it's complete removal of the system which requires capping the vacuum lines and getting a plate.
