What gauge wire for my set up

I just bought a 2015 Accord Sport about 2 days ago. I am going to switch all the doors speakers with Polk db series and hook that up to a 600w Hifonics 4ch amp. I am also going to install a 12" Fi BL in a custom box. The subwoofer will be hooked up to a 1200w Hifonics amp. All of this will be receiving its signal from a Audiocontrol lc7i since I don't want to lose any of the cars functions. What gauge wire would you recommend for this setup? One run of 0ga from the front to a distribution block in the back? Or will I be ok with a run of 4ga? I will also be doing the big 3 upgrade.

1/0 will allow for some upgrade at a later point until you need to add another run of it.

I would add a small battery in back for a distribution point instead of distribution block which will add some capacity to the system.

So the power from the front battery would run to the rear batt. Then the rear batt is grounded straight to the frame or do I have to run another wire from the front batt? Starting to get over my budget lol everything was going to cost me around 1000 since I'm installing everything myself lol.

If you can afford to run a ground wire from the front to the back then do it! Otherwise, you should be able to get away with grounding in the back in most cars.

That said, it didn't work for my car (Highlander)...I had to run a positive and negative wire from the front to the back...with just the postive run I had whine in my speakers..

Yeah..car audio is one of those things you just got to stop counting up how much money you are spending lol ;)
