schwarzl
Hey, I just looked through your whole build, nice work. I got some questions. I recently just picked up a Jimmy for myself (same as the Blazer). I'm just curious about the box you had for the HDC4's, do you recall the dimensions of the box? How far was the port from the back tailgate? I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with mine, but I want to keep the rear seats so I can still move some of my kids around if need be.

And The box was 38” wide, 29” deep, and 20” tall. I believe it was about 5-6” from the tail gate. Tuned to 35hz with 17 sq inches of port per cube Quote Fi Team 18's (4) Crossfire 16k Crossfire 400.4 & 800.4 Pioneer AVH-X491bhs 140ah cmax CES 320's (2)
Mr DeeBeez
Starting to put the baffles on! Only have a pic of the first layer, but I have 3 out of 5 layers installed now. Will be working on the port today and hope to get the 4th layer of baffle on. Mr DeeBeez
Did some calculations for the wall specs. Decided to shrink the internal volume a little over 3 cubes and will be shortening the port by 4-5”. Good thing I didn’t glue in the port yet. Now I gotta resin over all these seams and resin the wood Box specs should be right around 28 cubes after all displacements tuned to just under 32hz. 1 Quote Fi Team 18's (4) Crossfire 16k Crossfire 400.4 & 800.4 Pioneer AVH-X491bhs 140ah cmax CES 320's (2)

We got a snow storm last week so that set me back a bit. Almost done inside the box. Just gotta sand, paint, and install port. Buss bars get here today for my 140ah cmax bank. So I’ll start on getting that all set up soon. Gotta redo my wiring under my hood and add a bunch of frame grounds and a couple more power runs. 1 Quote Fi Team 18's (4) Crossfire 16k Crossfire 400.4 & 800.4 Pioneer AVH-X491bhs 140ah cmax CES 320's (2)
