Are you planning on reinforcing the kick panels at all? I've been contemplating for some time now picking up a pair for my blazer but have heard they are flimsy and like to rattle a lot from a local audio guy.

Vehicle: 2014 GMC Sierra 2500HD WT

Head Unit: Pioneer DEH-

Mids/Highs: Focal Integration ISC 165’s (front)

Subs/Amps: TBD

I had Q logic kick panels in my Tahoe and they were NOT flimsy at all, in fact the sucked to cut/trim etc.

NEVER heard mine rattle, ever....They are spendy but the time you save is worth it. I don't regret buying mine except for price.

Might be different for other vehicles of course but I had a positive experience with them and I know others on this site use them as well. $.02

My son had a 95 Tahoe and i installed a pair into. I think they needed some deadener on the back side to make they a bit more solid. Maybe it was the yr and style of truck that made them a little flimsy? I still have them, For the large price tag i think it worth making your own. But thats me now that i know how. When i bought them i didnt. Going to modify these ones for some 8" midbass in the boys 94 GMC ext cab. My 2cents.
