My question is how will the tuning get affected by building the front chamber in that way. Rear chamber is tuned to 35hz Vw Polo Pioneer Deh-6050UB Sundown Saz-3500d DD Audio 9500 15'' 5.5 cubic feet box with 10 inch port @ 38hz I live to hear the Bass drop!!!

It may work out better for what you are trying to do. The other issue is the guy already has already got two sa15s and a corolla boot is way too small for a proper bandpass box for two 15s. Triticum Agricolam Posted December 6, 2015 Report Posted December 6, 2015 I agree with others, it will act as a 6th order bandpass box, however the "front chamber" tuning will be so high, it won't matter and you should be fine. What will matter though is it will most likely lower the tuning of the port, how much is difficult to say. You could temporarily screw the box together and measure to see where your tuning is and adjust accordingly. That layout can probably be simulated in Hornresp too, which would give you an idea. I just put the front chamber into Torres and I'm getting like 200hz lol. What's the best tuning to do the front chamber. Rear chamber is 6.5 cubes @ 35hz. Front chamber is 2.3 cubes gross Vw Polo Pioneer Deh-6050UB Sundown Saz-3500d DD Audio 9500 15'' 5.5 cubic feet box with 10 inch port @ 38hz I live to hear the Bass drop!!!
