WillistonAudioLabs
Back in 1989, if you had $1295 to spend on a car amplifier, the Soundstream MC500 was one you were probably interested in. There were not many of the MC500's sold (very expensive amplifier) and due to a bad batch of powdercoating on early models, many were returned within their warranty period. Well my friends, here's a survivor! 1989 MC500 that's not mint, but in very good shape. I picked this amp up a few years ago and have been curious about how it would perform on the Amp Dyno. Would it even survive? A 27yr old amp being put through brutal test tones and pushed to it's limits? Note: the giveaway mentioned was related to an earlier video where viewers were requested to comment with their guess on wattage output. This previous video was not posted here. STEvil
craaaap, I was gonna guess 1600 but then tossed 2100 in (edited from 2400 iirc) lol! MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
