Wehan
The flatwind coil is what I'm really oblivious about. Fi website says they are prone to "peaking" while I have an idea as to what this means I don't know for sure so if someone can help me there that would be great.it will get louder at is peak So will this negatively effect using the subs for everyday music purposes or will it be just fine? And yes, I was totally wrong in my assumption of what peaking meant, glad I asked. I thought it had to do with frequency response lol.
Wehan
What are your goals for the system? Loud daily driver music. Head Turner. No comps or anything like that.
Broke_Audio_Addict
Fully loaded. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Miguels
flatwind also helps with cooling and power handling.. i would go fully loaded but if you're pinching pennies flatwind is not needed since its only 1500 watts youre putting to them. but other wise flatwing helps with performance my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/

Wehan
Pics will be up when they arrive for sure but I still have alot of work to do before they start doing work for me. I would hands down go with FI over the c7's.
